Sennebogen TK 683 TP Drilling rig / Ram pile driver

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

Telescopic crane leader 683 TP combines the advantages of a fully-fledged telescopic crane with innovative leader-guided vibration and piling technology. The telescopic crane leader, which weighs between 97 and 115 t (depending on the equipment) was placed on a floating pontoon for the precise installation of sheet piling as part of port and hydraulic engineering and can therefore be towed to its place of use. In contrast to the installation of sheet piling and piles using free-riding piling and vibrating equipment, the 683 TP achieves greater accuracy, especially with particularly long and heavy sheet piling.
For this purpose, the leader can be flexibly expanded up to a total length of 43 m. With a tractive force of max. 60 t and a payload (tool and post) of up to 32 t, the telescopic crane leader is suitable for all common vibration and piling methods and can also be used for diagonal pile driving. As a result, the clients expect a more precise installation of the sheet piling and thus a reduction in the risk of lock blasts on the finished wall
The 683 TP is "self-assembling", i. H. on the construction site, it does not require any additional hoists, which saves both time and money. Within a short period of time, the machine was converted from a special civil engineering machine to a fully-fledged telescopic crane. In this case, it achieves a maximum lifting capacity of 80 t and, by using an extension, a height of 37 m to the hook.
As a telescopic crane leader, it enables the use of hammers and hydraulic vibration devices, whereby the leader, which weighs around 20 t (with the winch assembly that can be moved on the mast; without tools), can be rotated 18.4° (1 : 3) backwards, 14° (1 : 4) backwards can be tilted forward and 3° (1 : 20) sideways. In this way, the radius of action increases considerably, and entire groups of piles can be installed from one location. The reinforced telescopic boom, which is firmly connected to the mast, was specially designed for extreme loads. Therefore, the use of rotary drives up to 200 kNm is possible.
The telescopic crane leader is the result of a collaboration between Thyssenkrupp Infrastructure GmbH, Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH, the Dutch companies Machinefabriek A. van Hattem & Zoon B.V. and Euro Rigging B.V.
