Foreuse horizontale Vermeer D6x6 with Volvo truck and mixer

A 1993 year Vermeer D6x6 drilling rig for sale, second hand, in working condition. Engine: KUBOTA, operating hours: 2700 mth.

The drilling rig comes with an EXTERNAL diesel-powered bentonite mixing and pumping unit with two 1500 l tanks built in a Volvo FL 612 truck, 1999 year of manufacture.

The set also includes 20 rods, 2 pcs. of anchors and two lightweight aluminum loading ramps.

Set specifications:
- 1x Vermeer drilling rig
- 1x Vermeer external mixing and pumping unit with two 1.5 cubic meter reservoirs.
- 1x Volvo FL 612 truck with thermal-insulated trunk, built-in drawers and aforementioned mixing unit
- 20x 1.8m drilling rods (used)
- 1x set of aluminum loading ramps

The mixing unit is equipped with a high-pressure piston mud pump for drilling with bentonite fluid, a hydraulically driven agitator for mixing bentonite and a pump for transferring fluids from one 1500 l tank to another.

The set is operational and was tested in 2024 although it needs some maintenance for efficient worksite operation.

The rods need visual inspection, cleaning and greasing. The mud coupling is slightly leaking and needs sealing or replacement. One hydraulic quick coupling in the mixing unit is rusty and needs replacement.
