One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.

Skład linii do produkcji pelletu PELETON 4000 MT:
Surowiec podawany jest do suszarni SA-600 poprzez podajnik z powiększonym zbiornikiem. Suszarnia aerodynamiczna zawiera generator ciepła. Piec szamotowy jest standardem. Piec opalany jest zwykłym drewnem. Moc pieca 0,7 MW. Istnieje możliwość zamontowania palnika na pellet PELETRON-250. Długość rurociągu wynosi 25 m. Układ rurociągu można zmienić tak, aby linia do produkcji pelletu z mokrych trocin zajmowała jak najmniej miejsca.
Wysuszony surowiec oddzielany jest od gorącego powietrza za pomocą cyklonu. Trociny trafiają na przenośnik ślimakowy, a gorące powietrze wraz z parą wyprowadzane jest z pomieszczenia przez komin.
Surowiec podawany jest przenośnikiem ślimakowym do granulatora PELETON-400. Dopływ surowca regulowany jest za pomocą potencjometru. Pelleciarka przeznaczona jest do przerobu surowców twardych i bez problemu przerabia trociny z drzew iglastych i liściastych.
Następnie gotowy pelet trafia do bębna kalibratora SB-100, który służy do oddzielania peletu od kurzu i drobnych części. Służy również jako chłodzenie gotowego produktu.
Istnieje również możliwość zamontowania przenośników taśmowych, maszyny pakującej z wagą oraz zgrzewarki worków
