The OP30 is a semi-automatic fruit processing machine that can be used to process mango, kiwi, or citrus, including orange and grapefruit. The machine can be used to peel one fruit variety at a time or even two separate fruits since it’s equipped with two peeling heads. The speed is 24 fruit per minute when processing mangoes, increased to 30 when peeling citrus or kiwi. Fruits are positioned manually into the feeding cups by one operator. Two self-centering hands will center and transfer the fruit between two mandrels, these will put the fruits in rotation to allow their peeling. The ABL patented peeling head will gently perform the peeling following the fruit shape according it’s dimension with the possibility to adjust the peeling depth also with the machine in function.

Die OP30 ist eine halbautomatische Obstverarbeitungsmaschine, die für die Verarbeitung von Mango, Kiwi oder Zitrusfrüchten, einschließlich Orangen und Grapefruits, eingesetzt werden kann. Die Maschine kann eine Obstsorte auf einmal schälen oder sogar zwei verschiedene Früchte, da sie mit zwei Schälköpfen ausgestattet ist. Die Geschwindigkeit beträgt 24 Früchte pro Minute bei der Verarbeitung von Mangos und wird auf 30 erhöht, wenn Zitrusfrüchte oder Kiwis geschält werden. Die Früchte werden von einem Bediener manuell in die Einfüllschalen gelegt. Zwei selbstzentrierende Hände zentrieren die Früchte und transportieren sie zwischen zwei Dornen, die die Früchte in Rotation versetzen, damit sie geschält werden können. Der patentierte Schälkopf von ABL schält die Früchte sanft, indem er sich der Fruchtform anpasst, wobei die Schältiefe auch während des Betriebs eingestellt werden kann.

De OP30 is een halfautomatische fruitverwerkingsmachine die gebruikt kan worden voor het verwerken van mango, kiwi of citrusvruchten, waaronder sinaasappel en grapefruit. De machine kan worden gebruikt om één fruitsoort tegelijk te schillen of zelfs twee afzonderlijke fruitsoorten omdat hij is uitgerust met twee schilkoppen. De snelheid is 24 vruchten per minuut bij het verwerken van mango's, verhoogd tot 30 bij het schillen van citrusvruchten of kiwi. De vruchten worden handmatig door één operator in de toevoerbekers geplaatst. De gepatenteerde schilkop van ABL zal het fruit voorzichtig schillen volgens de grootte van het fruit en met de mogelijkheid om de schildiepte aan te passen terwijl de machine in werking is.
