Induction screw hardening line
The system is designed for automatic inductive hardening of M8 and M10 screws and bolts.
It has an approximate capacity of 70 to 80 parts per minute (depending on the component) and incorporates various monitoring options (temperature, height and type of part, rotation, etc.).
Parts are transported from a conveyor belt via a steep belt to a linear sorter, where they are separated and transferred to an 8-position indexing table with 2 nests per station.
It is connected to a 50 kW high-frequency generator from IDEA, which provides additional monitoring functions (energy consumption, ground fault monitoring, inductor water flow and temperature, etc.).
The system has its own tank for cooling water, from which the parts are extracted by means of a magnetic conveyor belt. The parts are then demagnetized.
Filtration of the cooling medium is done by a cartridge filter. The system and generator are ready for connection to a central cooling system.
