Production Stages
1. Cooking and Homogenization
Vitamins, gelatin (or pectin), sugar, glucose, water, and flavoring ingredients are mixed in special cooking tanks. Low-temperature cooking preserves the structure of heat-sensitive vitamins.
2. Vacuuming (Optional)
Air bubbles are removed from the mixture in special vacuum tanks, resulting in a clear, homogeneous structure.
3. Dosing and Molding
The cooked mixture is poured into silicone or starch molds using a precision pump system. A uniform product volume is guaranteed in each mold. Molds are adjustable; shapes such as teddy bears, stars, and hearts can be easily created.
4. Cooling and Gelation
Products poured into molds are held in a cooling tunnel for a certain period of time to gel. The cooling tunnel operates with humidity and temperature control, depending on the product type.
5. Removal from the Mold and Dusting
Geled products are automatically removed from the mold. Protective oil, acid coating, or granulated sugar can be optionally applied.
6. Packaging
Products are then transferred to flowpack, stickpack, or blister packaging systems to reach the final product.

Üretim Aşamaları
1. Pişirme ve Homojenizasyon
Vitamin, jelatin (veya pektin), şeker, glikoz, su ve aroma bileşenleri özel pişirme kazanlarında karıştırılır. Düşük sıcaklıkta pişirme, ısıya duyarlı vitaminlerin yapısını korur.
2. Vakumlama (Opsiyonel)
Karışımdaki hava kabarcıkları özel vakum tanklarında alınarak berrak, homojen bir yapı elde edilir.
3. Dozajlama ve Kalıplama
Pişen karışım, hassas pompa sistemiyle silikon veya nişasta kalıplara dökülür. Her bir formda eşit hacimde ürün garantilenir. Kalıplar ayarlanabilir; ayıcık, yıldız, kalp gibi formlar kolaylıkla uygulanabilir.
4. Soğutma ve Jelleşme
Kalıplara dökülen ürünler soğutma tünelinde belli süre bekletilerek jelleşmesi sağlanır. Soğutma tüneli ürün türüne göre nem ve sıcaklık kontrollü çalışır.
5. Kalıptan Ayırma ve Tozlama
Jelleşmiş ürünler kalıptan otomatik olarak çıkarılır. Üzerine koruyucu yağ, asitli kaplama veya toz şeker opsiyonel olarak uygulanabilir.
6. Paketleme
Ürünler flowpack, stickpack veya blister ambalaj sistemlerine yönlendirilerek tüketiciye ulaşacak son halini alır.
