This model of the granulator is very convenient and does not take up much space due to its lightweight and durable frame. The machine is equipped with convenient handles for transportation. The ROTEX-150 granulator is designed for the production of feed pellets of any diameter. The equipment can be used in the utility room, connecting it not only through a three-phase connection, but also to a 220 V network, which makes this granulator a household model. The pelletizing press is equipped with a 150 mm die and two fixed rollers. At the request of the Customer, the holes in the matrix can be from 2 to 8 mm. The main working unit has a convenient collapsible design for cleaning or replacing parts. If the technical recommendations specified in the manual are followed, the life of the matrix reaches 50 tons of processed raw materials.
The main types of raw materials that the pellet mill can handle are: elevator waste, feed, hay, and much more. In order to produce pelleted feed for different types of animals, you just need to change the matrix with the required hole diameter. The productivity of this pellet mill reaches 100 kg/h and at the same time not high power consumption, 4 kW, it is enough to provide feed for a small livestock farm.
